Box Office Hours

• The House of James is open Monday to Wednesday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Thursday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
• On show days, the lobby box office at the MEI Theatre opens one hour prior to curtain.

2012/2013 Season Passes

Purchase the entire season at huge savings. Choose from the TOTAL PACKAGE (four mainstage shows PLUS Panic Squad), the EXCLUSIVE PACKAGE (four mainstage shows) or the MATINEE PACKAGE (four mainstage matinee shows).

Theatre/Box Office Policies

• Purchase tickets in person at the House of James during regular store hours: Monday - Wednesday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Thursday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM.

• Purchase tickets by phone using your VISA or MASTERCARD by calling the House of James at 604-852-3701 or 1-800-665-8828. Phone reservations can be picked up at the MEI Theatre on the matinee or evening performance the tickets are valid for beginning 1 hour prior to curtain. To ensure there is enough time to park and to be seated, we ask that reservations be picked-up not later than 15 minutes prior to curtain.

• Tickets for evening performances are available at House of James until 4:00 PM on the day of the performance. Matinee tickets are available until 4:00 PM on the Friday prior to the matinee performance. Remaining tickets are available for purchase one hour prior to show-time at the MEI Theatre Lobby Box Office.   Payment at the MEI Theatre Lobby Box Office is by cash or check only.
  

• All sales are final. Sorry, no refunds.

• Student rates apply to all elementary, middle, & secondary school students, as well as college, university and post-graduate students  carrying a valid student identification card.

• Evening performances begin at 7:30 PM sharp and matinee performances begin at 2:00 PM sharp.  Latecomers cannot be seated until a suitable break in the performance.
  

• Unfortunately, children under the age of three cannot be admitted into the theatre.

• Please ensure that all electronic devices, including cell phones, are turned off prior to entering the theatre.

• Please unwrap candies and cough-drops prior to the start of performance.

• Please avoid wearing strong perfumes for the comfort of others.

• Above all, enjoy the show!

Access for Wheel-Chair Patrons and Persons with Disabilities:

Gallery 7 Theatre is pleased to provide assistance to persons with disabilities wherever possible, however, due to the outlay of the theatre facility, access is unfortunately limited. Entrance and exit to the theatre for patrons is through the main doors leading from the theatre lobby.

Seating for our wheel-chair patrons is located at the top, audience-left corner of theatre only. We would like to advise our patrons that access to other seats requires the ability to descend and ascend stairs.  Limited assistance is available if necessary, however, patrons are encouraged to have an attendant present to assist in case of emergency. Unfortunately, walkers and wheel chairs cannot be placed in aisles.

We request that an attendant be present to assist persons with significant disabilities. Please contact the theatre ahead of time if you require extra assistance to seats.  We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
