The era is the 1920s. As the Russian Empire crumbles, a young woman called Anya sets out to uncover the secrets of her past.
With the assistance of the debonair conman and ex-aristocrat, Dimitri, and his sidekick, Vladimir, Anya escapes her homeland and heads to Paris in search of answers. Pursuing her is the ferocious Soviet officer, Vaganov, a man unwavering in his determination to silence her.
Overflowing with soaring ballads, dramatic tension and inspiring hope, this epic musical adventure celebrates home, love, family and historical roots that run deep.
